To capture the complete cost of IT services, expenses must be associated with assets and IT capabilities. To calculate service levels, availability of infrastructure must be mapped to underlying IT services. Traditionally this is a tedious and time consuming manual task that is prone to errors. IT Cost Allocation

We have developed a sophisticated cost allocation engine that captures the underlying cost drivers of IT services including business application, servers, storage, desktops, service desks, and more. For example, the total cost of a server is made up of costs including operating systems, application software, hardware, depreciation, facilities, hosting, and labor. Our Cost Allocation Engine allocates all expenses to the appropriate IT service for business process automation, analysis and drill-down reporting.

Service Level Calculation

Our Service Level Engine gives you the flexibility required to calculate Digital Fuel best practice SLA metrics such as Availability, Time to Respond, Time to Resolve, Abandon Rate, First Time Resolution, etc. as well as any of your own custom metrics that you can easily add using our visual SLA metric definition wizard. The Engine also gives you the power and scalability proven to verify compliance of 1000s of SLAs across 10,000s of metrics and 100s of GB.
