Digital Fuel Appoints Vincent Fleming as CFO

Leader in Business Service Management Software to Leverage Financial Talent
SAN MATEO, Calif. – March 26, 2005  Digital Fuel, the leader in business service management software, today announced today announced the appointment of Vincent Fleming as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer, responsible for all global finance and administrative functions.

A software industry veteran, Vince has over 15 years of experience managing financial performance, as well as experience in initial public offerings and acquisitions.

Most recently Vince was CFO at Epicentric, Inc., an enterprise portal software company, where he was instrumental in the company's acquisition by Vignette Corporation. Prior to that, Vince was CFO at Attest Systems, a software firm focused on the desktop asset management space, and was on the IPO team at Wink Communications. Vince has also held the interim CFO position at Laszlo Systems and the finance director position at Redefining Progress, a progressive nonprofit focused on sustainability and social justice.
