Digital Fuel Ships ServiceFlow™ Version 3.5

New Release Expands SLA Management and Reporting Functions
SAN MATEO, Calif. - June 21, 2004Digital Fuel, the leader in Service Level Management solutions for both the enterprise and service providers announced the latest release of ServiceFlow, the real-time service governance platform. ServiceFlow 3.5 delivers a wide array of new features including: extended SLA management, reporting enhancements, and web-based data entry capability.

ServiceFlow's SLA management has been enhanced to meet the needs of large-scale deployments with features such as revision management, automated change propagation, and improved template management. SLA libraries may now be exported to standard file formats.

ServiceFlow 3.5 reporting features improved trending and forecasting, navigation for large-scale environments, and report archival. In addition, dashboard auto-refresh is now supported.

A new Web Forms feature enables free-form data to be captured for use in calculating and reporting metrics. Web Forms offer a simple and elegant way to leverage data that is not part of any information system or digital source, such as qualitative survey data. Without Web Forms this data is virtually impossible to integrate into overall SLA and KPI metrics.
