ServiceFlow™ provides Data Return with a comprehensive method of managing and reporting on all aspects of Data Return's Service Level Agreements with its customers. The system allows for pro-active compliance monitoring of Data Return's engagements with its customers and will produce real-time compliance reports to be accessed via Data Return's intranet.
